By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

2. Products & Services

We sell:

  • Digital download products

  • Editable templates

  • Personalised items

  • Physical printed products (where applicable)

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product:

  • You acknowledge that delivery is electronic.

  • You consent to immediate access upon payment.

  • You waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period once access has been provided.

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

We are not responsible for user error, including but not limited to:

  • Lack of software knowledge

  • Printing mistakes

  • Incorrect file handling

  • Failure to read product descriptions

4. Personalised & Custom Orders

All personalised or custom-made items are created according to the details provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Spelling is correct

  • Dates are correct

  • All information is accurate

We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, graphics, text, and digital products remain the intellectual property of Designs by Peachy Keen.

Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable licence for:

  • Personal use

  • Small business end-product use (if stated)

You may not:

  • Resell the template

  • Share the template

  • Redistribute the template

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Upload the design to other marketplaces

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Designs by Peachy Keen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our products

  • Inability to use our products

  • Printing errors

  • Third-party software issues (including Canva or JetTemplate)

  • Shipping delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

7. Third-Party Services

Some products require third-party platforms such as Canva or JetTemplate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Platform updates

  • Changes to third-party functionality

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Postal delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

9. Payment & Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and download access logs in the event of a dispute.

10. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
