How do I get my files after I order?

Digital downloads are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, check your order confirmation email or your Shopify account under Purchases & Reviews (if you checked out as a guest, check the confirmation email instead) — your files will be ready to save and download. No waiting, no shipping.

What if I can't get my template to work?

Totally normal, and easy to fix. Every template comes with a short instruction guide, and all our Canva templates work on a completely free Canva account — no Canva Pro needed. If you're stuck on editing, printing, or downloading, message us at designsbypeachykeen@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Can I use these templates for my small business?

Yes. Your purchase includes a licence for personal and small business use — so you're welcome to print and sell finished, physical items you've made using the template (for example, printed invitations you assemble and sell). What's not allowed is reselling or sharing the digital files themselves, or the template design as-is.

Do I need Canva Pro?

No. All of our editable templates are built to work with a free Canva account. If a specific listing ever needs a Pro feature, we'll say so clearly in the listing description.

What can I print my templates on?

Most of our templates are designed for standard A4 cardstock and a home printer, though you're also welcome to take the files to a local print shop for a more premium finish. Each listing notes the finished size and recommended paper.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital downloads can't be refunded once the files are accessed, since there's no way to "return" a digital file. Personalised and made-to-order items are also non-refundable once production starts. Non-personalised physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

How long will my printed order take to arrive?

Physical orders are processed within 7 business days, then shipped — UK Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 working days after that. Full shipping details, including international timelines, are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you do custom or personalised designs?

Many of our listings include personalisation (names, dates, wording) as standard — just check the listing for a personalisation option. If you're after something fully custom outside of an existing design, message us and we're happy to let you know if it's something we can do.
