1. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping, excluding the European Union (EU).
If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us prior to purchase.
2. Processing Time
All physical orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Personalised or custom items may require additional processing time depending on order complexity.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order and does not include shipping transit time.

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from collection
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 working days. -
Guaranteed Next Day:
Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery is next working day from collection, not from the date of purchase.
International Shipping
International orders are sent via tracked shipping.
Estimated delivery time:
- Most destinations: 1–3 weeks
- Some locations may take up to 6 weeks depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If Royal Mail services are unavailable or unsuitable for any reason, we reserve the right to use an appropriate alternative courier.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Selected shipping method
- Order weight
International shipping rates vary by location.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received tracking information within 1 business day of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you.
6. Delays & Liability
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs processing
- Weather disruptions
- Industrial action
- Incorrect address details provided at checkout
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
A parcel will not be considered lost until:
- 10 working days after dispatch (UK orders)
- 25 working days after dispatch (International orders)
We will assist in opening a courier investigation where applicable.
9. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
